I have worked with Willow over the last couple of months in planning our Namibia holiday and she was amazing to work with. She really helped to plan an experience of a lifetime and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for professional advice. We wanted to write to say thank you so much for all your work in putting together such an incredible itinerary.  Dave and I both left saying that this was the best trip we’ve ever been on. Josh was a really fantastic guide.  He was the perfect combination of professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to hang out with. We’ve used private guides on other trips before and Josh really stood out in comparison to ones we’ve had before .Everywhere we stayed was absolutely stunning and wonderful. The flow of the trip worked super well too. We just cannot thank you enough for all of the thought and work you put into making this such an epic trip.  Really, everything was exceptional!

We are all settled in back at home after our amazing South Africa trip, and wanted to write to say thank you so much for all your work in putting together such an incredible itinerary. He was the perfect combination of professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to hang out with. He shared information in a really authentic way that didn’t feel scripted or cookie cutter. He took the time to get to know us and then tailored the experience to match our interests, etc. He was flexible and adaptable (to weather, etc.) to make sure we had the best experience possible. We can’t say enough good things about him — we would highly recommend him for future guests! Especially for people who like to be active — he was a great fit. We’ve used private guides on other trips before and Josh really stood out in comparison to ones we’ve had before. Everywhere we stayed was absolutely stunning and wonderful. We LOVED Londolozi — the staff there is so so kind, and really accommodating. There was a bat in our room the second night (ha!), which we totally understand as that is part of the bush experience. When we told them, they immediately moved us to a new room the next day and then proceeded to set up a whole private (surprise) dinner experience in our room with rose petals, candles, etc. The food there was absolutely amazing too — we are still talking about it! The flow of the trip worked super well too. We kept super busy in Cape Town and Franschhoek (by the way — the e-bikes were a super fun way to explore!), so it was nice to relax at Morukuru for a few days after that. We just cannot thank you enough for all of the thought and work you put into making this such an epic trip. If there is any other specific feedback we can provide, let us know. But really, everything was exceptional! I hope you enjoy your time at the safari lodges! This definitely won’t be our last time in South Africa so we will reach out in the future when we are ready for round 2 🙂
